Go-UP is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and security of any personal information about our users. This Privacy & Security Policy explains how we protect personal information provided through Go-Up and its Service (the “Service”).
Go-Up stresses its privacy and security standards to guard against identity theft and provide security for your personal information. We regularly re-evaluate our privacy and security policies and adapt them as necessary to deal with new challenges.
“Personal information” for purposes of this Policy means information that identifies you, such as your name, address, phone number, fax number or email address.
Information Collection And Use
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name and employment details, such as department, job title and employment date.
As part of the service, Go-UP stores information about the employees of your organization, which may include, but not limited to, email address, name, department, start of employment and other employment information. The extent of employment data collected is set by the administrator of the organization. All information related to the employee can be viewed and edited by the administrators of the organization.
In addition the service collects ratings and feedback from employees as part of the engagement surveys. The purpose of this data collection is to analyze and report the performance and engagement of the organization over time. This is used in conjunction with the employment data to analyze and report differences in performance and engagement between different employee segments, such as department and country.
Data collected from employees are never directly personally identifiable by you, or other you invite to the service, unless the employee has explicitly chosen otherwise. Survey responses are entirely optional, individual or all questions can be skipped and there are no requirement that the surveys must be completed.
Engagement data collected from the employees, are used in an aggregated and anonymized form to serve as benchmark data for other organizations within the same industry.

Access to your Registration Information, Account Credentials, Account Information and any other personal information you provide is strictly restricted and used in accordance with specific internal procedures and safeguard governing access, in order to operate, develop or improve the Service. These individuals have been selected in accordance with our security policies and practices and are bound by confidentiality obligations. They may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service’s functionality. These third party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

Updating or Deleting Your Information
Your data is yours. You can remove it anytime you want. When you request us to delete your account for the Service, your data will be permanently expunged from our primary production servers and further access to your account will not be possible. We will also promptly disconnect any connection we had established to your Account Information and delete all account credentials.
However, portions of your data, consisting of aggregate data derived from your Account Information, may remain on our production servers indefinitely, where such data cannot identify you in any way. Your data may also remain on a backup server or media, however such data will be in a format that cannot identify you as a person. Go-UP keeps these backups to ensure our continued ability to provide the Service to you in the event of malfunction or damage to our primary production servers. We also reserve the right to use any aggregated or anonymous data derived from or incorporating your personal information.
The security of your Personal Information is critically important to us. To prevent unauthorized disclosure, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have in place reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure any information we collect online. We use a combination of firewall barriers, encryption techniques and authentication procedures, among others, to maintain the security of your online session and to protect Go-Up accounts and systems from unauthorized access.
From the time you submit your Login ID and Password, these communications between your computer and Go-Up are encrypted. This enables client and server applications to communicate in a way that is designed to prevent eavesdropping, tampering and message forgery.
When using a shared computer, be sure to sign off and do not opt to stay logged in to Go-Up. Should you realize that you accidentally allowed a third party to access your account, you must let us know immediately, as you may be held liable for their actions in your name. In the event that our security system is breached, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login ID and Password. We maintain strict rules to help prevent others from guessing your password. We recommend that you change your password periodically. Your password must be at least 6 character in length with combination of upper case, lower case and number .
Should you forget your password, it will be emailed to you or reset at your request.
Minors on Go-Up
People under eighteen years of age should not use our website, nor do we have any intention of collecting any personally identifiable information from individuals under eighteen years of age. If you are aware that a minor has provided us with personally identifiable information, please contact us and we will remove the information.
